I don't play "Day-Z" but I do like to watch others play it like FRANKIEonPCin1080p on youtube.

We have a classic half face half skull, a daisy pun wordplay with Day-Z, and skull and cross axes.

The two heads are framed with intestines with a little poisonous mushroom down the bottom.
